Blended Case Management

Blended Case Management, offers professional assistance to locate, advocate and coordinate services that address the unique needs of children and teens with autism.

Blended Case Management:

Supports families of children and teens with autism in navigating complex support systems
Assists families with needs spanning all areas of the child or adolescent�s life, including medical, mental health, educational, social and vocational issues.

This programs will be administered from the main campus of the Barber National Institute, services will take place in homes, schools and other locations throughout Erie County.
