Happy Hearts has been a tremendous experience for my grandson! At four years old, he had been through some difficult transitions and the staff at Happy Hearts worked diligently to help him adjust to these changes. Toilet training had also been a challenge and within a very short time, he was completely potty trained! Working at the Institute, I get to see Ian often -- and he is always engaged in a positive activity. I can't thank Happy Hearts staff enough for the care and support they have been to Ian.

Annual Calendar of Service Days

Happy Hearts Toddler Child Care is available year-round, except for on major holidays celebrated by the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber National Institute.

Meals and Snacks

Toddlers in attendance will receive a morning and afternoon snack as part of the tuition.
A freshly cooked, hot lunch is available from the school cafeteria for children attending full-day childcare.
The lunch menu is posted in all rooms, and will be sent home at your request.
Parents may apply for a free or reduced cost lunch; determination is based on family income.

Tuition Information

Payment of one daily fee entitles the parent to a full day of services, from our opening to closing time.
We accept private payment by check, money order or credit card.
We accept subsidy from CCIS (Child Care Information System of Erie County) and payment from the Office of Children & Youth for Special Purchases. Add a link to the CCIS Office
